Saxon Court was acquired by MK Gateway Ltd, a joint venture between Socius and Patron Capital. We are working with architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP) to deliver a beautifully designed and highly sustainable development, providing new jobs, homes and spaces to socialise.

Specialising in placemaking and urban regeneration, Socius are currently building the Edward Street Quarter in Brighton; another joint venture partnership with Patron Capital.
Socius are also planning the regeneration of the Soapworks site in Bristol and a new mixed-use neighbourhood in Cambridge City Centre.
